I have been in the weeds and I have found the way out.

Over 20 years in hospitality, not observing it, living it. I know your world because I have lived every part of it.

Running a hospitality business is one of the hardest things a person can do. I know that not just as someone who works in this industry, but as someone who will always choose the independent over the chain.

I started out collecting glasses and running food. I have done every job in between.

I have worked 18 hour days, built teams that felt like family, created events from scratch and overseen operations across restaurants, bars, pubs with rooms, city centre venues, country pubs, seasonal places and the night time economy, in the UK, the US and Australia.

I have run million pound operations, led people and HR across multi-site businesses and built award winning training and recruitment programmes.

I have done the work. All of it.

Now I work with independent operators who are brilliant at what they do but could use someone in their corner. Not someone in a suit. Someone who has lived it, loves it and wants to see them thrive.

That is what Hospitality Support is built on.

There is something about an independent that a chain can never replicate.

A story behind it. A reason someone took the leap into one of the hardest industries to survive in. A product that is unique, an experience that feels like magic. Guests who feel loved and appreciated rather than just a number through the door.

That is what great independents do. And it is why I do what I do.
